Training Program and Referrals

With the AEX Commercial Finance Training Program, we are helping prospective business loan brokers to acquire essential skills.

According to Stephen Bush, Founder and Chief Executive Officer for AEX Commercial Financing Group, "The recent chaos in the residential mortgage financing market has displaced many financial advisors who are now attempting to replace lost income with activities involving small business financing. Unfortunately the complex structure for most commercial loans makes this a formidable transition. The AEX Training Program is a practical solution to this otherwise difficult situation."

Brokers will need to separately complete applicable licensing requirements. The AEX Referral Program (described below) can produce substantial income until brokers complete the AEX Training Program.

The AEX Referral Program allows anyone to refer commercial finance possibilities and receive compensation upon completion of financing.

With this program, AEX performs all of the necessary work: it is not necessary for the referring individual to have any knowledge of business financing and a license is not required to receive referral fees from AEX. Referral agents can be friends, relatives, business colleagues or advisors.

We will also appreciate referrals to individuals who are not immediate candidates for commercial funding but which might benefit from our advice and services.

Examples include commercial bankers, CPAs, commercial realtors and attorneys. Please note that these referrals will not qualify for referral fees unless there is an immediate connection to specific commercial loans.
